If you've already used a tier's 1st-Time Bonus in-game, you won't receive it again on the website. Top-up Points will be sent via in-game mail with your purchased items, so please collect them promptly.

Q3. Why do I still see the 1st-Time Bonus reminder after using it?
A: There may be a delay in updating the 1st-Time Bonus reminder. Refresh the Top-up Center website or log in to the game again to double-check.

Q4. Why are some tiers in the Top-up Center different from in-game?
